Obituary for Emelie S. Albrecht

Emelie S. Albrecht, 88, of Blue Bell, PA, passed away on February 6, 2018. She was the beloved wife of David E. Albrecht, Sr. Emelie was born in Philadelphia, PA on November 12, 1929 to the late Stephen and Mary (Stenach) Spack. She was a life-long dedicated parishioner of Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church and member of the Fluid Power Distributor Association. Emelie loved traveling the world with her husband, enjoyed trips to the shore and her Florida home and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Along with her husband, she is survived by her two children: David E. Albrecht, Jr. (Erin), Melanie G. Albrecht; two grandchildren: Zara A. and Nolan D. Albrecht; a sister Mary Kaczmar. She was predeceased by a sister Irene Kavcsak. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church, 28th and Snyder, Philadelphia, PA 19145. A visitation will be held from 9 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church. Entombment will be in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Emelie to Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church at the above address.
