Obituary for Alexander R. Rotelli
Alexander R. Rotelli, 72, of Penllyn, PA died on July 29, 2019. He was the loving husband of Patricia A. (Smart) Rotelli. Alex was born in Norristown, PA on October 11, 1946 to the late Reginald and Philomena T. (Frangiosa) Rotelle. He was a US Army Veteran and a graduate from Wissahickon High School Class of 64’. Alex worked at Nick Tino’s Barber Shop and Dave’s Barber Styling for many years in Ambler, PA. He enjoyed dancing and was always the life of the party. He loved traveling to Clearwater, FL for the Phillies spring training, but most of all he loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Along with his wife Patricia, he is survived by his children Charles Rotelli (Daidra), Ryan Rotelli (Patricia), daughter-in-law Laura Rotelli, his 11 grandchildren Christopher, Jami Lynn, Nick, John Rotelli, Alex, Gavin, Brooke Rotelli, Mason and Taylor Rotelli, Anthony and Nick O’Brien and his sister Arlene Storti. He was pre-deceased by his son Alexander R. Rotelli, Jr. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 10:30 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 259 Forest Ave., Ambler, PA 19002. The Viewing will be Sunday evening from 6:00-8:00PM at the Emil J. Ciavarelli Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 951 E. Butler Pike, Ambler, PA 19002 and Monday from 9:30-10:30AM at the Church. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
