Conshohocken
Our Conshohocken home was the origin of the family business, being established by Emil J. and Ethel L. Ciavarelli. Our first funeral home was established at 525 Fayette Street in 1948, where Emil and Ethel lived and raised their children. As business grew and opportunity came, Mr. Ciavarelli was able to acquire the current larger property at 516 Fayette Street, which added more comfort and amenities to families. It is a traditional Victorian home built in the early 1800's, is a piece of history in of itself. The property at one time was deeded by William Penn, founder of Pennsylvania. It was a home to more than 13 families, locally connected to the Lukens and Woods families, founders of the local steel industry. Since our establishment here, we have modified it to become one of the area’s most beautiful funeral homes, keeping many of the traditional elements of a Victorian. Our home offers a spacious viewing room with seating for over 70 people, a large sitting room with a massive fireplace, entrance and receiving room, a consultation room, a full lounge and showroom. We have modern amenities such as monitors for displaying videos tributes, and expanded parking for accommodating guests. The Conshohocken location is also home to our private on site crematory..
