Emil J. Ciavarelli Family Funeral Homes offers many different funeral services to meet an individual's or family's needs. We strive to work with families and make suggestions to help keep funeral costs down. Funerals are unique to a person's beliefs, desires, family traditions, and financial means. All services can be customized to meet these requests.
The Ciavarelli Family encourages the importance of the personalization of funerals and the celebration of life. Therefore, we encourage families to bring photos, picture boards and any memorabilia that was favored by their loved one in order to create a more pleasant and memorable experience.
The Ciavarelli Family has planned funerals for numerous different backgrounds, customs and religions. Some of the services we offer are as follows:
Traditional Burial: the burying of the deceased in a casket at a cemetery, after having a viewing/visitation and/or a religious/secular service.
Direct/Graveside Burial: the burying of the deceased in a casket with no viewing/visitation, only meeting at the graveside with a brief service there.
Direct Cremation: is the process of treating the deceased under extreme heat and evaporation. Afterwards, the cremated remains would be returned to family, buried or scattered, according to individual wishes.
Cremation with a Memorial Service: the cremation process is the same, but then a scheduled memorial service will be held at the funeral home or other appropriate place. Afterwards, a final disposition can be decided.
Cremation with a Viewing/Visitation: is the more traditional style of cremation. The deceased would be embalmed and prepared for viewing, have the service of choice, then be cremated instead of traditional burial.
Monument and Inscription Services: The Ciavarelli Family Funeral Homes is now pleased to announce that we offer services for inscriptions on cemetery monuments and the purchase of new monuments for your cemetery lot. This expansion of the services and merchandise we offer has been warmly received by the families we serve.
