Obituary for Marie C. Roberto

Marie C. Roberto, 80, of Lansdale, PA, formerly of Ambler, passed away on December 3, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Salvatore N. “Birdie” Roberto. Marie was born on October 26, 1937 to the late John Henry and Marie Catherine (Horan) Mullineaux. She was a graduate of Ambler High School. Marie was a preschool and kindergarten teacher at the former Ambler Catholic Elementary School for over 20 years. Marie enjoyed casino trips, playing bingo and traveling. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She is survived by her three children: John Roberto (Patricia), Michael Roberto (Rochelle), Susan Crimlish (Steven); 7 grandchildren: John, Michael, Salvatore, Nico Roberto, Michaela, Cole, Logan Crimlish; a sister Eileen Chilberti; 3 brothers: Jack, Jim(Karen) and Jeffrey (Gail) Mullineaux and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Dana, Robert, Barry Mullineaux, Carol Serrao. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 11 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 259 Forest Avenue, Ambler, PA 19002. A viewing will be from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church. Interment will be held privately.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Rd #150, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
