Obituary for Margaret Hale

Margaret A. Hale, 76, of Ambler, PA, passed away on November 3, 2017. She was the beloved wife of William R. Hale, Jr. for over 50 years. Margaret was born in Jersey City, NJ on June 4, 1941 to the late George and Dorothy L. (Morehouse) Lingner. She was a graduate of the Pennsylvania School of Horticulture for Women in Ambler (now Temple University’s School of Environmental Design) with a Degree in horticulture. This is also where she met her future husband in 1963 whom she married in 1966. Margaret worked for Upper Dublin Township as a Bus Driver for over 20 years prior to her retirement. She loved animals, doing artwork and playing the violin, especially with the Ambler Symphony. Along with her husband, she is survived by her two children: William Hale (Nicole) and Robin Everts (Eric); a sister Rosalyn Gamble; 2 grandchildren: Jade and Will Hale. Relatives and friends are invited to her Graveside Service on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Margaret may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Ambler, 4 S. Ridge Ave., Ambler, PA 19002. Arrangements are made with the Emil J.
